Both Koreans and Japanese are not only collectivism but also, individualism in the sense that they work as groups with an aim of benefiting these very same groups. For a long period, there have been interactions between the two countries, thus promoting similarity between them. Egalitarianism- Hierarchism Egalitarianism is the belief of equality for all people; it imposes an equal treatment for all as the whole human race is entrusted to the same rights.
